Job summary

Ford & Slater Corby is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty and R&M claims, input data from job cards, and generate invoices. The role requires accuracy and efficient processing in a busy workshop environment.

You will work in a customer-focused team with strong communication and data analysis skills, and hold a full UK driving licence. On-site at our Leeds location, full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warranty administrator role within commercial vehicle, motor trade or related sector.
• Previous Warranty Administrator experience.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and collate data.
• Proficient with PC applications.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Input warranty and R&M claim details from job cards and maintain accurate records.
• Create R&M warranty invoices and process related payments.
• Identify parts for return and disposal and investigate rejected claims.
• Support warranty administration to ensure timely processing.
