Job summary

Ford & Slater Norwich is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Leeds-based team. You will manage warranty and service administration, input claim details from job cards, and issue R&M invoices.

The role requires experience in the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector, strong data analysis, excellent communication, PC literacy, and a full UK driving licence. Working hours are 45 per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
• Previous Warranty Administrator experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and collate data.
• PC literate with basic software skills.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service administration tasks accurately.
• Input warranty and R&M claim details from job cards.
• Create R&M warranty invoices.
• Identify parts for return and disposal.
• Investigate any rejected claims.
• Process Warranty/R&M credit payments.
