Job summary

Ford & Slater Limited is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator in Leeds. You will manage warranty and R&M administration, input job-card data, and generate invoices, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments.

Applicants should have previous warranty administration experience within the motor trade, strong data analysis and PC literacy, and hold a full UK driving licence. Working hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday, with a supportive environment and in-house training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector is preferred.
• Previous warranty administrator experience is required.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and collate data.
• PC literate; proficient with common office software.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Input warranty and R&M claim details from job cards; create invoices.
• Identify parts for return and disposal; investigate rejected claims.
• Process Warranty/R&M payments and credits.
