Job summary

MBDA UK Limited in Stevenage is recruiting a Warheads Engineer for the Warhead Modelling & Simulation Group. The role focuses on concept analysis, design evolution and performance assessment within Complex Warhead programmes, collaborating with UK & France teams and external partners.

You will conduct modelling using a varied toolset, deliver work packages, and contribute to trials, reporting, and risk management while benefiting from hybrid working and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team.
• Effective verbal and written communication with varied customer audiences.
• Lead modelling activities and support trial predictions and safety cases.
• Experience with non-linear dynamic phenomena and modelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct concept analysis, design evolution and performance assessment across projects.
• Support design and development programmes with UK/France teams and suppliers.
• Produce performance predictions and manage work packages and subcontracts.
• Handle scheduling, cost control, risk management, and export controls.
