Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Warehousing and Logistics team. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, while tracking contractual P&L and budgets to drive performance.

You will coach Team Leaders, collaborate with facility management and business development, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while using data-driven insights to cut costs and boost throughput.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic warehouse operations and financial planning by monitoring performance metrics, preparing budgets, managing P&L contracts, and implementing continuous improvement plans to boost throughput and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, facility management, and business development departments to ensure seamless operational integration, support strategic succession planning, and build positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety protocols, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations by conducting regular audits, inspections, and monitoring adherence to customer-specific requirements.
