Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers in Andover is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Yard Supervisor to lead our feedstore and yard teams. This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership to keep operations safe, organised, and ready for customers.

You will motivate colleagues, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure high standards while working 40 hours per week across 5 of 7 days, including weekends. Forklift experience is desirable, with strong communication and team spirit essential.

• Experience supervising a retail or feedstore team.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
• Experience with manual handling and safe lifting.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days inc weekends

Key responsibilities

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or feedstore environment
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
