Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited seeks a practical, customer-focused Warehouse/Yard Assistant for our Market Rasen feedstore and yard. This part-time role involves stock management, delivering excellent service, and supporting safe, orderly operations.

You will assist with goods inwards, stock rotation, and keep records accurate while helping maintain a clean, compliant environment. A forklift licence is desirable alongside good communication and teamwork.

Description

We’re looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About The Role

Contract: Temporary (until 31st October 2026)

Hours: Part‑time

Hours of Work: 24Hours per week, working up to 5 days out of 7

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
