Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Fauld is seeking a part-time Warehouse / Yard Assistant to help keep our feedstore and yard organised and ready for customers. This hands-on role involves stock management, assisting with deliveries, and delivering friendly service reflecting our values.

You will work 5.5 hours per week (Sunday) in a practical outdoor environment, contributing to health and safety standards and a supportive team culture of customer first, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting.
• Experience in agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift licence is desirable.

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
• Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
• Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards

We’re looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 5.5Hours per week, working Sunday

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries

About You

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success
