Job summary

Culina Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Training Lead to drive safety, compliance and training across our busy warehouse operation. The role focuses on delivering MHE training, inductions, and manual handling while ensuring on-going compliance and safety performance.

You will coach, mentor and develop staff, maintain training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and SSOW.

Qualifications

RTITB or ITSSAR MHE Instructor qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, health & safety, and training delivery.
Confident communicator with ability to engage and develop people at all levels.
Experience delivering inductions, manual handling training, and operator assessments.

Responsibilities

Deliver MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) training and assessments.
Conduct new starter on-site inductions and ensure colleagues are fully trained in safe working practices.
Deliver Manual Handling training and refresher sessions.
Complete post-incident/accident assessments and retraining where required.
Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards.
