Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver high‑quality training to warehouse operatives across all functions. You will support onboarding, SOP training, manual handling, and safety compliance to maintain a safe, competent workforce.

You will lead onboarding sessions, assess competency, and keep training records updated, while working with Ops and H&S to refine SOPs and drive continuous improvement. The role requires floor coaching and KPI reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational training in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to develop and deliver SOPs and safety content.
• Proven track record of coaching and assessing learner competence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality operational training across warehouse functions.
• Onboard new colleagues and run induction sessions.
• Lead safety training, manual handling, and site rules adherence.
• Maintain training records, sign‑offs, and compliance documentation.
• Provide refresher training and targeted upskilling as needed.
• Create, review and update SOPs in collaboration with Ops and H&S.
• Report training KPIs and track completion and competencies.
• Coach floor colleagues and support supervisors on best practices.
