Arvato is recruiting a Warehouse Training Coordinator in Corby to coordinate and support training across the operation, ensuring colleagues receive the right training at the right time and training records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
• Coordination of training, inductions or onboarding is beneficial.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in keeping records.
• Positive and supportive approach to helping others learn.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse colleagues.
• Support onboarding and induction of new starters.
• Identify training requirements with warehouse managers and team leaders.
• Arrange training sessions and ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor completion.
• Provide support to trainers and operational teams for warehouse training.
• Ensure colleagues are trained before carrying out tasks independently.
• Build positive relationships across the warehouse operation.
