Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.
You’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.
You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
