Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e‑commerce. We’re hiring a Warehouse Training Coordinator in Corby to coordinate training across the operation, support onboarding and maintain accurate training records.

The role suits someone organised, confident communicating with people and thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll partner with warehouse managers and team leaders to identify training needs, schedule sessions, deliver basic training support

Salary: £29,020 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent

About the role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.

This is a hands–on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.

You’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.

You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident working with people.

You’ll ideally have:

Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.

Previous experience coordinating training, inductions or onboarding would be beneficial.

Good organisational and time‑management skills.

Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels.

The ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines.

Good attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records.

A positive and supportive approach to helping others learn.

Good basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

The confidence to work independently while also be part of a wider team.
