• The ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records.
• A positive and supportive approach to helping others learn.
• Good basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The confidence to work independently while also being part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse colleagues.
• Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
• Work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to identify training requirements.
• Arrange training sessions and ensure colleagues are available to attend.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure mandatory training is completed.
• Monitor training completion and follow up where required.
• Support trainers and operational teams with the delivery of warehouse training.
• Help ensure colleagues are trained and competent before carrying out relevant tasks independently.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues throughout their training.
• Identify any training gaps and escalation these to the relevant manager.
• Produce basic reports and updates on training activity.
• Help maintain training materials and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues across the warehouse operation.

Salary: £29,020 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent

About the role

We're looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.

You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and likes to 'show someone the ropes'.
