Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager? Do you enjoy managing large teams? Are you ready to make the step into one of the UK’s largest, and busiest supply chains?

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join the team in our Distribution Centre in Runcorn.

The shift pattern available is: Weekend Days + one Weekday.

This a leadership role, where you will take responsibility for the performance of your shift against set KPI’s. You will be providing your Team Managers with the tools and manpower they need to allow the shift to run smoothly. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given training on our internal management systems, but you must have a strong track record of management in a warehouse environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading, motivating and supporting your management team to deliver high service levels
• Taking responsibility for your shift meeting its KPI’s
• Ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies and procedures
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
• Providing support to your Team Managers with any issues that might occur

• Able to build positive, professional relationships with colleagues of all seniority levels
• Strong IT skills, especially with Excel
