Job summary

B&M Stores is recruiting an RTITB qualified MHE instructor for our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class training for LLOP, PPT, CB, and Reach trucks to our warehouse colleagues, with a hands-on, KPI-driven approach.

You will train, assess, and support the Warehouse team, while ensuring training needs are met across shifts. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• RTITB qualified instructor required.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class training on a range of MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Counter Balance, Reach).
• Organise and deliver MHE assessments in line with external and internal guidelines.
• Work with the Warehouse team to ensure KPI targets are met.
• Support the in-house Training Team with projects.
• Liaise with planning to train new colleagues as required.

We are currently searching for a RTITB qualified instructor to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00

This is a hands on, physical role, where you will be providing best in class training to our colleagues across the warehouse. You will then be delivering LLOP, PPT, CB and Reach Truck assessments, in line with company and external guidelines. When you are not training, you will be working in the warehouse ensuring KPI’s are met.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although you will be mainly working the advertised shift, a degree of flexibility will be required should other shifts need support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing best in class training on a verity of MHE equipment, including LLOP, PPT, Counter Balance and Reach Trucks
• Organising and delivering assessments on MHE in line with external and internal guidelines
• Working with the wider Warehouse team to ensure KPI’s are being met.
• Supporting the in-house Training Team with projects
• Liaising with the planning team to ensure training can be provided to new colleagues when required.
