Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join the Technical Support & Installation team for a leading provider of Avid, Adobe, and broadcast equipment.

Based at the main workshop near Heathrow, with occasional work at locations across the UK and mainland Europe. You will scan equipment, maintain the workshop, process deliveries, manage stock, and support asset control across Soho locations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in an open-plan environment.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure.
• Knowledge of Avid systems and broadcast technology is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Scanning out equipment to track assets.
• Simple maintenance of equipment and the workshop.
• Receiving deliveries, processing paperwork, and ensuring technical equipment is in good working order.
• Overseeing the return of equipment and ensuring correct return procedures.
• Assisting the General Manager in monitoring and improving workshop operations.
• Ensuring consistent branding and asset control for equipment.
• Managing stock audits within the workshop and Soho locations.
• Assisting in the preparation of non-linear editing systems, particularly Avid systems.
