WHO VIBRATION PRODUCTION ARE:

We amplify your imagination to turn it into a seamless live experience. Experts in event design and production, our team brings impact to out-of-the-ordinary spaces. Whether we’re building a festival stage or engineering a crowd-responsive light show, we make it look easy.

Our success is built on cultivating meaningful connections with clients. We are proud to be preferred partners for some of the world’s best venues such as Magazine London, Landing Forty Two and Control Room A to name a few.

Our services include event and architectural design, sound, lighting and audio-visual support, power, rigging, stage and structural builds, crew, transport, logistics and sourcing furniture and textiles, as well as show production and management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a keen, hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our production warehouse team. You’ll help keep things running smoothly day to day, making sure equipment comes in, gets stored properly, and goes out on time. We want someone who takes pride in following a clear process, spots issues before they become problems, and is always looking for ways to keep things organised and efficient. • Keep stock records accurate and up to date, making sure everything is labelled and easy to track.
  • Take part in regular stock checks, sorting out any discrepancies quickly.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • An interest in, or ideally some experience with, technical production equipment (e.g. AV, lighting, staging or similar kit).
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work.
  • The ability to stay calm and keep on top of things when it’s busy.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Comfortable using everyday computer tools and happy to learn new systems.
  • An awareness of safety best practice in a warehouse setting.
  • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends when needed.
NICE TO HAVES:
  • First Aid.
  • IPAF/FORKS.
  • IOSH.
  • Operator Licence Awareness.
  • Ladder Safety Awareness.
  • Manual Handling Awareness.
  • Working at Height Awareness.
  • Environmental Awareness at Work.
  • Fire Warden / Marshall Training.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety obligations under CDM2015.
