Job summary

Creation Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative - Technical Production to join our busy warehouse. You will manage stock, handle technical equipment, and ensure accurate records while maintaining a high standard of organisation and safety.

In this role you will work both independently and as part of a team, with a 45-hour work week, including weekend shifts. A strong technical background and proficiency with systems like Current RMS are highly valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare jobs and equipment at the warehouse
  • De-prepare jobs returning to the warehouse
  • Ensure stock controls are up to date
  • Onboard stock and assets into the system
  • Update system with findings and stock adjustments
  • Report shortages, damages, and incorrect stock; amend in system
  • Arrange repairs or replacements of assets
  • Investigate discrepancies within 24 hours
  • Report on stock adjustments to minimise risk
  • Be flexible to alter shifts and attend weekend stock counts
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as required
  • Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse
  • Ensure efficient storage of technical production equipment
  • Carry out maintenance of equipment and update service records
  • Carry out PAT testing

Position: Warehouse Operative - Technical Production

Employment: Full Time | 45 hours per week - Shift pattern working 5 days out of 7 (Weekend work required)

Salary: £13.45 | Overtime rate is paid at the rate of time and a half

As a Technical Production Warehouse Operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help onboard, control, maintain and report accurate stock count of all of our Technical Production and Hire Equipment. The role requires a strong technical background, with an all-round knowledge of using audio-visual equipment.

This role will be incredibly varied and best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. It is a fast paced and energised environment which relies on organisation and efficiency.

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of jobs and equipment at warehouse
  • De preparation of Jobs arriving back in to the warehouse
  • Ensure all stock controls are up to date.

  • Be flexible to alter shifts where applicable and attend weekend stock counts if required.
  • Assisting with other general warehouse tasks when required.
