Job summary

Prospero Integrated in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Prep Technician to join our warehouse team. You will prepare, test, and maintain AV equipment to high standards, ensuring smooth delivery for rental and production projects.

You will handle equipment checking, labeling, and system processing, while working closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain safety and efficiency in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the AV warehouse operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all equipment handling and preparation.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and orderly working environment, reporting issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Learn and effectively use rental software to track jobs and interpret job sheets.
• Sense-check job sheets and flag discrepancies to the Project Manager or Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure correct equipment is picked, allocated, cleaned, and labelled for each job or tour.
• Receive returned equipment, scan, test, and store all items, reporting missing items.
• Identify faulty equipment and book it into repair, escalating issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Carry out minor equipment repairs as directed.
• Assist with preparation and staging of all rental project equipment.
• Support system preparation and turnaround of returned rental assets.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections.
• Maintain communication between warehouse, workshop, and administrative teams.
• Highlight potential issues early that may impact projects.
• Coordinate equipment servicing/returns with administration.
• Support Systems Integration Stores in absence of Stores Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse (sweeping, bin emptying, upkeep).
• Undertake other duties as requested by management.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Prep Technician to join our warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring all AV equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and maintained to the highest standards, supporting smooth and professional delivery of rental and production projects.

Working as part of a busy and collaborative warehouse team, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, and managing AV equipment, maintaining strong quality control, and ensuring all kit is correctly processed through the warehouse system.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the AV warehouse operations
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all equipment handling and preparation
