We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our busy warehouse team and help ensure our products are delivered to customers safely, accurately, and on time.
The RoleAs a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations within a regulated medical manufacturing environment. You will work to defined quality standards and procedures, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out warehouse operations in line with approved work instructions and product specifications
- Work in accordance with ISO 13485, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and company quality systems
- Follow medical hygiene procedures and health & safety requirements at all times
- Ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Use warehouse systems and equipment, including barcode scanners and the IFS system
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
- Support the training and development of new team members
What We're Looking For- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out physical warehouse tasks
- NVQ Level 1 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is essential (medical or regulated environments an advantage, but not essential)
- A positive team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to be trained on a forklift truck (FLT) and comfortable working at heights
