Job summary

Clinisupplies is a growing UK-based medical supplier seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure high standards of incoming and outgoing deliveries, under the supervision of the Warehouse Team Leader. You will work 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and support safe, accurate dispatch processes.

You will load/unload deliveries, perform stock checks, use scanners, and handle order picking and packing with attention to detail. A healthcare setting background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a warehouse operative role.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships internally and externally.
• Work to deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Operate independently or as part of a team with strong organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Experience in a medical/healthcare setting and with scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to health and safety standards and policies.
• Maintain thorough checks of dispatches and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock cycle counts and manage expiry dates.
• Unload and load deliveries.
• File documentation in line with stores practice.
• Operate forklift safely where trained.
• Keep stores areas clean and orderly.
• Check in all incoming goods.
• Pick and pack a high daily volume of orders.
• Maintain stock to desired levels.
• Deliver goods to designated depots as required.

Role summary

The successful candidate will be joining a fast-growing organisation. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will make sure incoming as well as outgoing deliveries are managed to the highest standard and in line with procedures, processes and health and safety standards. The role is working 38.75 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do

• Understand working in a safe and controlled manner and adhere to health and safety standards and policies
• Maintain a thorough check of all dispatches and documentation of all Clinisupplies products
• Maintain a regular cycle count of all stored Clinisupplies products including date of expiry
• Unload and load deliveries
• Make sure that documentation is filed in accordance with normal stores practice
• Where applicable be familiar with the operation of the forklift truck
• Maintain the stores areas so they are always kept clean
• Check in all incoming goods received
• Pick and pack a large daily amount of orders
• Maintain stock to desired levels
• Deliver goods to designated depots as and when requested

Experienced Required:

• Experience of working within a warehouse operative role
• Ability to develop and manage relationships internally and externally
• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Well organised
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• Previous experience of working within a medical or healthcare industry
• Previous experience working within a robotic operation, using computers, scanners and put to wall buttons.
