Job summary

Intersurgical is seeking a Components Stores Operative to join our UK logistics team in Wokingham. You will support inbound deliveries, order picking, and material handling to ensure components reach production promptly and accurately.

The role involves unloading, receiving, put-away and picking, with use of FLT and a warehouse management system to track items. You will rotate between tasks, maintain high attention to detail, and work safely within Health and Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience of warehousing and/or logistics functions and processes.
• Valid FLT licenses (CB, RT and pivot/bendy).

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Components Stores Operative to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company to work within our expanding Logistics Department.

We are looking to recruit a Components Stores Operative who will work as part of a team to process inbound deliveries and outbound works orders, to ensure that required components and materials are stored correctly and provided to the production department in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of the warehouse process including unloading, receiving, putting away and picking, and will be expected to use a variety of FLT and also the warehouse management system and hand held scanning devices.

They will be flexible and able to perform multiple different tasks during a working day, and be able to utilise a variety of tools and skills to complete tasks and investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Essential Experience/Qualifications

• Experience of warehousing and/or logistics functions and processes
• Valid FLT licenses (one or more of CB, RT and pivot/bendy)

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management system and hand held scanners

Hours of Work

• 40 hours per week
• 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
