Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Corby is recruiting a Team Manager to lead warehouse colleagues on rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts. This full-time, permanent role focuses on safety, productivity and service, with hands-on leadership to drive performance across the site.

You will motivate teams, manage attendance and conduct, and ensure adherence to procedures while delivering strong KPI results. The role requires weekend flexibility and a proactive, safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
• Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Safety‑minded with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures.
• Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs.
• Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies.
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth operational flow and high service levels.
