If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking to progress your career in warehouse operations, join us on the night shift as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Harlow Depot. We currently have 2 positions available.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives work safely and efficiently, achieve key targets, and are motivated and well-led. You will lead by example, drive high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resources effectively, and develop your team members' skills to support their career growth and increase shift capability. There is paperwork and administration involved, so attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
We are looking to fill 2 positions for the night shift. This role requires you to think quickly and solve operational challenges proactively, escalating issues when necessary. You should be eager to make a difference and seek continuous improvement in current processes.
To succeed as a Warehouse Team Manager, you should have previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential. The key is your ability and enthusiasm to learn and understand the business and operations quickly.
