Job summary

Kes Solutions UK Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join the team at Follingsby Park. The role operates on a continental shift pattern (4 days on / 4 days off) with 12-hour day and night shifts, and offers a permanent position with a salary of £37,028.36 per annum (including shift allowance).

You will lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team, drive productivity, manage labour and resources, monitor costs, and ensure KPIs and daily targets are met while upholding

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor.
• Proven people management experience within a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with resilience and drive.
• Confident addressing performance and challenging behaviours where required.
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Customer-focused approach.

£37,028.36 per annum per annum (inc shift allowance)

4 on 4 off Continental Shift (12-hour days & nights)

Permanent Position

We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year.

The Shift Pattern

This Warehouse Team Manager role operates on a structured continental shift pattern:

• 4 days on / 4 days off
• 12-hour day shifts
• Followed by 12-hour night shifts

This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation.
