ao.com is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to coordinate warehouse operations during the night shift in Stoke-on-Trent. You will focus on efficiency, safety and compliance while supporting all warehousing areas.

You’ll report to the Night Shift Supervisor and drive the nightly performance. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, incident reporting, scheduling, checking 3rd party outbound loads, and overseeing quality management.

About the role:

As a Night Shift Team Leader you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the warehouse, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with operational standards. Supporting all areas of the warehouse, you will report directly to the Night Shift Supervisor. You’ll excel under pressure, delivering results while adapting quickly to challenges. With a focus on driving operational success, you'll work to enhance the customer experience and step in to cover managerial duties when needed.

Salary: £ 32,420.57 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern

Hours: 40.25 per week

Start/Finish time: 6.00pm-6.00am

Job Type: Full time and Permanent Contract

Location: Unit 1, G Park Stoke, Whittle Road,Meir Park, Stoke On Trent, ST3 7TU

• Experience working under tight deadlines to achieve operational goals.
• Adaptable to fluctuating workloads and able to manage priorities effectively.
