Great Bear in Worksop is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to run a team across the operation. You will assist the Shift Manager, drive performance, safety and quality, and ensure customer service standards are met daily.

You will coach colleagues, organise workloads, conduct checks, and support goods in and out while delivering continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

• Support people processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, in line with company procedures.

Job Description

Shift Pattern- Mon-Fri days 06:00am-14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Salary up to £27,553.50 per annum, plus overtime paid after 37.5 hours per week at time and half

We are looking for a confident and hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Worksop operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.
