Job summary

Catering in Bradford is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse and manage a small team. You will ensure stock is accurate, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and health and safety standards are maintained.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem solving, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes and KPIs across the warehousing function.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations (goods-in, storage, stock control, picking, dispatch).
• Lead and develop a small warehouse team with high performance and morale.
• Oversee receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of inventory; resolve discrepancies and stock queries.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Support accurate picking and dispatch of orders including shop and Click & Collect.
