Qualifications

Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Experience supervising or coordinating operational teams.
Experience working within regulated environments with a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational and service objectives.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting and reconciliation activities.
Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with GMP, HSE and company procedures.
Maintain audit readiness through strong quality, compliance and documentation standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and performance.
Develop team capability through coaching, training and performance support.
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across operations and supply chain functions.
