SLS are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy Nottingham warehouse, ensuring seamless operations with external logistics partners and maintaining high inventory accuracy.

You will lead, develop and mentor the team, streamline processes, and optimise distribution efficiency across the site, with rotating shifts. A strong focus on service, cost control and data-driven decisions is expected.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse data and provide concise reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead a warehouse team to run efficient operations and meet customer demands.
• Define and implement the most effective operational team structure.
• Improve warehouse systems and automation to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers and warehouse equipment suppliers.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, coordinating with customer service.
• Develop team members and mentoring for succession and performance.
