Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift-based team in Wimblington, near March. You will plan tasks, allocate work, and ensure safety and accuracy in picking, packing, goods in, replenishment and dispatch.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to monitor KPIs, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with Ops, Inventory, Transport and Planning to meet client SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and WMS systems.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives to deliver the shift plan and meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to maintain workflow and service levels.
• Ensure all team members follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site rules.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues within the area.
• Ensure client SLAs are monitored and met.
• Shop floor visibility.
• Onsite multi:user and third:party contract support.
