Job summary

Great Bear, part of Culina Group, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Worksop operation. You will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain health, safety and customer service standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off days 07:00-19:00 (40.25 hours per week) with a salary of £28,505 per year plus £2,000 shift allowance. We offer development opportunities and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication; ability to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of motivating teams to meet or exceed targets.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues.
• Drive shift performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks.
• Deliver team briefs and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure goods in and warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Support people processes including investigations and disciplinary matters.
