Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Blyth to supervise a busy warehouse operation. You will lead a team, drive productivity, and ensure safety, quality and customer service standards are met daily.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop staff while delivering reliable service for key customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven track record leading a team and achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy operation.
• Motivate and develop team members to improve performance.
• Confident using IT systems and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards and ensure records are accurate.
• Carry out quality checks to meet customer and audit requirements.
• Deliver clear team briefings to keep colleagues informed and focused.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations to ensure stock is efficiently received and made available.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and progression.
• Support people processes in line with company procedures.
