Job summary

Great Bear, part of Culina Group, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Worksop operation. You will lead a team across a fast-paced warehouse, drive productivity and service levels, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met daily.

You will support the Shift Manager, coach staff, manage shift briefs, and help the team achieve targets while maintaining compliance and accurate records. This is a day-shift role with Mon-Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills to share information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and meet KPIs.
• Confident using standard IT systems and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to meet KPI targets and service levels.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance; ensure records are complete.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Deliver team briefings and maintain clear communication on priorities.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations to ensure stock is available.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Support people processes including investigations and disciplinary matters.
