Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Foston, Derbyshire, is seeking two Warehouse Team Leaders for a major logistics client. The role is full-time with a rotating 3-shift pattern and immediate inductions and starts available, offering regular, ongoing work and opportunities for progression.

You will contribute to daily warehouse operations and support senior management while ensuring safety and efficiency across shifts. Training is provided and parking is free on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Shift Manager in managing stock loss through accuracy checks
• Ensuring all MHE is operational and available
• Supporting the QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks
• Completing Bulk Stack Reports and acting on the results
• Supporting the Shift Manager and Transport Manager with shift set-up and pre-shift briefs
• Completing accurate shift handovers
• Supporting the smooth and safe running of warehouse operations
