Job Opportunity: Warehouse Team Leader at DHL

Pay Rate: £26,919.51

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Location: Woking, GU24 9EX. Please note, due to the site location, you will need access to your own vehicle.

Important: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

In this role, no two days are the same! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting rehabilitation by working with a diverse team, including prisoners.

What does the role entail?

1. Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment while also being hands-on with picking and packing.
2. Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (located on-site at the prison).
3. Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates.
4. Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded.

What do we need from you?

1. Current three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance).
2. The ability to work in a prison environment alongside inmates.
3. Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable).
4. Good communication skills across all levels.
