DHL is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our automotive warehouse in the United Kingdom. You will lead daily operations, drive productivity improvements, and ensure a safe working environment while coordinating with first line managers to support ongoing efficiency goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and experience in warehouse operations, with a shift pattern from 08:00 to 16:00.

Competenze

• Previous warehouse supervisor experience required.
• Experience with health and safety in warehouse operations.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (JDA preferred).

We are looking for Warehouse Team Leader to work in our automotive warehouse

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous warehouse supervisor experience - essential
• Have strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (JDA - Desirable)
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
• You will work along side other first line managers and provide support
• Have some experience in performance and Health and safety in a warehouse
• Happy to work in respective shifts (08:00 -16:00)
