Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fradley is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a motivated team. The role focuses on safe, efficient processes and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee shift operations, drive productivity, and maintain high safety standards, while collaborating with first-line managers to support overall performance and team development.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisor experience essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (JDA desirable).

Location: Fradley, WWS13 8SU
Pay Rate: £30,939.63
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday - (12:00pm - 20:00pm)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Previous warehouse supervisor experence - essential
• Have strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems ( JDA -Desirable)
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
• You will work along side other first line managers and provide support
• Have some experience in performance and Health and safety in a warehouse
• Happy to work in respective shifts (08:00 -16:00)
