Job summary

Brazen Search is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a manufacturing operation based in Tingley, West Yorkshire. The role focuses on coordinating a fast-paced warehouse, leading daily activity and ensuring materials move efficiently through the operation.

You will oversee stock control, goods-in/out, and training, while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards to support production and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally within manufacturing.
• Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. A strong commitment to health and safety, quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Allocate workloads and coordinate tasks to ensure the smooth running of warehouse activities.
• Oversee the movement, handling and storage of materials and finished products. Support stock control, goods-in, goods-out and accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure materials are available when required. Monitor productivity, quality and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety. Help train and develop team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Tingley, West Yorkshire

Salary: £32,931 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join an established manufacturing business based in Tingley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in coordinating the warehouse team, maintaining high standards and ensuring materials and products move efficiently through the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• * Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
