Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure team members meet performance standards for quality, productivity, performance, and attendance.
2. Keep the team engaged through effective communication and team briefings.
3. Collect data on agreed KPIs for your team.
4. Ensure team compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Health & Safety, security, and product safety.
5. Maintain effective handovers and deliver pre-shift briefings.

What you'll need to have

1. Recent experience leading a team, with knowledge of Supply Chain and warehouse processes.
2. Experience working in large teams, developing staff, managing performance, and achieving results.
3. Personal attributes: self-starter, calm under pressure, effective communicator.
4. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, with a drive to deliver high-quality service.
