You will own shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfilment while leading a warehouse team and coordinating with 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfilment.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team, including site-wide leaders.
• Work with WMS, ERP and CRM systems to maintain smooth operations.
• Coordinate third-party logistics providers for collections and deliveries.
• Manage client relationships, particularly during issue resolution.
• Review performance data and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Are you a warehouse team leader who's ready to take full ownership of a site rather than just keep it ticking over?

A growing operation in Leicestershire is seeking a Warehouse Team leader/ Manager to lead day-to-day operations, own the systems, and be the calm, capable voice clients trust when things need resolving.

This business manages goods handling and quality control for manufacturer clients based primarily in China. Because client communication happens in Mandarin, fluent Mandarin is essential to the role, alongside confident working English for day-to-day UK operations.

The role

• Full ownership of shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfilment
• Leading and developing a warehouse team, including team leaders across site functions
• Working across WMS, ERP and CRM systems to keep operations running smoothly
• Coordinating third-party logistics providers for collections and deliveries
• Managing client relationships, particularly during issue resolution
• Reviewing performance data and driving continuous improvement across the site
