About the role

Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader and you'll be a key part of the Greggs team, helping to make sure our warehouses are running smoothly. You'll have a passion for quality and will follow all the correct processes and procedures. Leading and working alongside a close-knit team, as a Team Leader you'll make sure that all orders are filled on time and accurately, in line with food safety, health and safety, and legal compliance.

You'll be positive and enthusiastic, engaging with your team and providing direction and support, whilst ensuring the team works effectively. Working in a food environment means exposure to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled/frozen environment.

About you

Ideally, you'll have experience as a Team Leader in a similar environment. You'll also need:

1. Strong planning and organizational skills for yourself and your team to meet targets
2. Ability to lead a team in following policies and procedures
3. Experience with SAP systems is beneficial but not essential
