Warehouse Shift Supervisor

£32,000 per year | Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (30-minute paid break)

About the role

Our client is seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a team of 15 in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have a background in warehouse leadership and a passion for people and performance, this could be your next career move.

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
2. Support, coach, and develop your team, including handling absences, conducting performance reviews, and investigations.
3. Promote and uphold a strong health & safety culture during your shift.

Candidate requirements

1. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, positive approach.
3. Experience with MHE and/or Counterbalance equipment is advantageous but not essential.
