Impact Recruitment are recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a well-established business in Daventry (Daventry, Northamptonshire). You will lead daily operations, drive performance, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across the site.

The role is Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, offering a £33,000 salary and a permanent, supportive environment where you can develop and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervision role.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident communicator with good people management skills.
• Computer literate, comfortable using MS Office / warehouse systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and company policies.
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate plans, priorities, and targets.
• Assign work in line with operational schedules and delivery requirements.
• Ensure effective use of labour and resources to meet throughput and accuracy targets.
• Oversee stock movements, transactions, and system accuracy.
• Monitor workflow, performance, and operational issues.
• Support hands-on warehouse activities when required.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Identify training needs and support team development.
• Uphold and promote high Health & Safety standards at all times.

We're recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a well‑established business based in Daventry.
