Job summary

Sunblink Ltd-GRN in Nutts Corner is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to drive daily operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will oversee a team of order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers, and directly impact customer satisfaction.

You will monitor KPIs, deliver coaching, uphold HACCP standards, and manage scheduling and performance conversations. The shift pattern is 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation, with benefits and progression opportunities on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes in FMCG setting.
• Experience in change management and driving team performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
• Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
• Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
• Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
• Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
