WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To help achieve a team's outputs against customer requirements and operational KPI's, operating within clear guidelines in order to deliver quality and reliable service for the customer
• To co-ordinate and supervise the work activities of the team providing effective leadership, communication and motivation
• To identify and work to solve problems in line with the relevant guidelines or policies
• To deliver a detailed brief of warehouse activities
