Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
• Carry out return to work interviews.
• Manage and motivate the team to ensure productivity is achieved.
• Develop and train all team members to maximize their contributions.
• Conduct daily briefings to keep the team informed of relevant information.
• Ensure all warehouse areas comply with the company's Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Achieve shift performance targets.
• Utilize available resources to their full potential at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive with decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Computer literate.
• Professional, approachable, and helpful attitude.
