Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting two Warehouse Team Leaders for a major distribution site in Foston, Derbyshire. The role focuses on supporting the Shift Manager with stock accuracy, ensuring MHE is available and safe, and coordinating daily warehouse tasks.

You will work a rotating 3-shift pattern (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) with on-site parking and full training provided. UK-based role with progression opportunities and overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams is preferred.
• Willing to work 3-shift rotating pattern.
• Immediate induction/start available.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager in stock loss control through accuracy checks.
• Ensure all MHE is operational and available.
• Support the QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks.
• Complete Bulk Stack Reports and act on the results.
• Assist the Shift Manager and Transport Manager with shift set-up and pre-shift briefs.
• Complete accurate shift handovers.
• Support the smooth and safe running of warehouse operations.

Pay: £16.04 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 3-shift rotating pattern

Start: Immediate inductions and starts available

We are recruiting 2 Warehouse Team Leaders for a major logistics client based in Foston, Derbyshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy distribution warehouse working on behalf of one of the largest spirits and beer producers in the world. Regular, ongoing work is available, along with opportunities for progression.

You will work on a rotating 3-shift basis:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

Full MHE training will be provided.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include:

• Supporting the Shift Manager in managing stock loss through accuracy checks
• Ensuring all MHE is operational and available
• Supporting the QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks
• Completing Bulk Stack Reports and acting on the results
• Supporting the Shift Manager and Transport Manager with shift set-up and pre-shift briefs
• Completing accurate shift handovers
• Supporting the smooth and safe running of warehouse operations

Pay and Benefits

• £16.04 per hour

• Regular extended shifts available Monday to Friday
• Weekend overtime available and paid at an increased rate (£20.05)
