Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to support the site management team in delivering efficient warehouse operations and cost-effective service to customers. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch to meet productivity targets and budgets, while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualified candidates will have strong people management, excellent communication, and practical knowledge of health and safety, with experience using MS Office and WMS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, productivity measures, and service delivery standards.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
